Returns are accepted if there is a defect in the product in all circumstances. You must email us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. All returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused. • We ask you to please read the product detail page carefully before ordering. Some items such as pet beds, toys, custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns and exchanges due to state health regulations and personalized items that can not be resold. Guidelines for Requesting Exchange or Credit If we issue an exchange or credit, we will provide you with an address to where you can return ship your purchase at your expense. Any item returned to us must be in its original, unused condition. This includes all original documents, boxes, and packaging, with the tags attached to the merchandise. In addition,
Upon receipt of your email, we will instruct you to package your unused item as indicated above. Once we give you the address to return your item, we ask that you send it via USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex, enabling us to track it. Again, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and cost to reship your replacement item, we pay to reship items that are defective). Item must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of original purchase.
Upon receipt, we will inspect your item to confirm that it is unused and in original packaging. Only then will we issue your exchange or store credit. We will send an email to you upon receipt for your records. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, boxes, etc. Important Things to Note Please allow additional time for exchanges. Some items are shipped from the designer or special ordered at the time of purchase.

Large bulky items will be extra Taxes: Please note that Florida State residents will be charged 7.04% tax. Any item that is shipped to a Florida State address will be taxed.
