Your satisfaction as a customer is vitally important to us here at the Simply BePaws Boutique. However, we do realize that issues arise. Our Return Policy is clearly listed here for your convenience in the unlikely event that you have an issue that may require additional customer service.


Proper measurement is the surest way to avoid returns due to sizing issues. To guide you in measuring your dog, we provide sizing charts for our designer brands and our custom dog clothes. We do not carry a large physical inventory.


Most manufacturers do not accept returns due to sizing issues. Due to this policy, Simply BePaws does not accept returns due to sizing issues if the difference in the size exchange differs by more than one size range in either direction.

Because we realize that measuring a dog is not always easy, we make ourselves available through email or you may call us at 352-394-0582 to assist you in any way to ensure accurate measurements. It is our pleasure to help you find the right size for your pet.


Returns are accepted if there is a defect in the product in all circumstances. You must email us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.

All returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused.

• We ask you to please read the product detail page carefully before ordering. Some items such as pet beds, toys, custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns and exchanges due to state health regulations and personalized items that can not be resold.

Items Excluded From The Return Policy:

Custom Made Items - Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note details within each item's description under availability. This includes personalization of any kind or anything not offered in our boutique by way of design, color, size, etc.

Beds and blankets – Due to strict health regulations we cannot accept returns on these items. Therefore, please take note to details in size, weight, dimensions and restrictions before making your final decision.

Sale items – Because these have been marked “Sale” they are considered non-refundable and all sales of these items are final. Please make sure to check size, color, weight, etc…before making your final decision.

Toys- Due to health regulations these items are non-refundable, non-refundable and considered final sale.

Here at Simply BePaws we take pride with pleasing each and every customer with the superior products and excellent customer service that you and your pet deserve. In order to provide you with the very best, we are unable to resell or restock used merchandise once it is returned. In addition, health regulation laws prohibit the reselling of used and worn items. Guidelines for Requesting Exchange or Credit

If we issue an exchange or credit, we will provide you with an address to where you can return ship your purchase at your expense. Any item returned to us must be in its original, unused condition. This includes all original documents, boxes, and packaging, with the tags attached to the merchandise. In addition,

Your request must be sent via email within 7 days of receipt of your item

Your request must include the Transaction ID #, date of purchase, and item number. (copy of receipt is helpful)

Please note if you wish to exchange for another item or if you would like credit.

Upon receipt of your email, we will instruct you to package your unused item as indicated above. Once we give you the address to return your item, we ask that you send it via USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex, enabling us to track it. Again, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and cost to reship your replacement item, we pay to reship items that are defective). Item must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of original purchase.


Upon receipt, we will inspect your item to confirm that it is unused and in original packaging. Only then will we issue your exchange or store credit. We will send an email to you upon receipt for your records. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, boxes, etc.

Important Things to Note

Please allow additional time for exchanges. Some items are shipped from the designer or special ordered at the time of purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Include your order number, date of purchase, and item number. Please also describe the defective merchandise.

If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days of your original order, please contact us immediately.

You are responsible to provide us with the correct mailing address. If your purchase has to be reshipped due to insufficient address, you will be billed all shipping costs.

We will accept a return or exchange once per item. If you need to return an item more than once, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Heavy, oversized items may be charged additional restocking fees.

Please note that Florida State residents will be charged 7.04% tax. Any item that is shipped to a Florida State address will be taxed.
